I created Sunday Best as a way to document the things I adore and all that inspires me, as well as my favorite recipes. As far back as I can remember, I was always in the kitchen. I've been lucky enough to travel quite a bit and even live in Barcelona, a place that is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic in world cuisine. I spent a lot of time there visiting restaurants and patisseries, and I think this is ultimately where I found most of my inspiration to create a life doing what I love, what brings me back to when I was most happy as a young girl.

A few years ago, I decided to live the life I had always imagined for myself. I left my job and moved to New York City for pastry school. It's been a crazy whirlwind of flour and butter, big cities, small kitchens, and a few teary-eyed goodbyes. But I wouldn't change a thing. I moved back to Boston this fall for work.

I hold a BA in PR/Marketing and worked for several magazine publications before stepping into a professional kitchen.
